RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking
You can make a reservation online on our website, by sending an inquiry from our website or by filling out the reservation form.
The rural holiday house offers its guests the possibility of renting accommodation exclusively for two adults without children, with the note that pets are not allowed. All information about the exact location of the accommodation unit can be found on the website.
After you send your inquiry, we will send you an e-mail with a reservation offer that contains the following information: period of stay and total price, information required for transactional payment, i.e. IBAN or paylink that takes you directly to payment by credit or debit card, and conditions for canceling the reservation. The validity period of the offer is specified in the offer itself. In the event that we do not receive confirmation of payment within the specified period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the Rural Holiday House will not be obliged to notify the guest of the cancellation of the offer.
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay the required amount depending on the selected arrival date. Payment is made via a paylink that takes you to our payment page. We use Stripe for secure payment. It is one of the most famous payment gateway systems for charging credit and debit cards.
You can also pay the reservation by wire transfer to our account (payment details are provided in the offer). Bank transfers sometimes take a few days, so send us a payment confirmation when you make your payment so we can extend the offer.
After the payment of the reservation has been transferred to our account, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation. When you arrive, you will need to present it to us along with valid identification documents.

The reservation is valid only for the guest whose name is stated on the reservation. Changes to the holder of the reservation can only be made before arrival (according to the agreement with the owner in order to enter the changes into the system). It is not possible to transfer the accommodation reservation to another person during the stay.
The maximum number of persons staying is 2 persons without children.
Pets are not allowed.
Arrival and departure
During the season, arrivals are on Mondays and departures are on Sundays.
The minimum stay in the season is 7 days or 6 nights. It refers to the months of June, July, August and September.
The reserved accommodation is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Please check the inventory when picking up the accommodation.
When leaving, the guest is obliged to leave the Rural Holiday House no later than 12:00 p.m. Otherwise, the owner has the right to charge an additional day.
On the day of arrival, we keep the accommodation unit until midnight. In case you arrive late, contact us by phone or text no later than 8:00 p.m. on the expected day of arrival.
In case of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the price of the accommodation unit until the reserved day of departure.
Cancellation of reservation
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following conditions will apply:
Cancellation of the reservation more than 14 days before arrival - the guest will be refunded the full amount of the reservation.
Cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days before arrival - we keep the entire amount of the reservation.
For the refund of the paid reservation, the guest is obliged to provide the following information: full name and surname of the person who made the payment, full address, name of the bank, IBAN and SWIFT code.

The rural holiday house reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change the reservation if the reservation system has been misused or if it has been made by the user's obvious mistake.
